Baby's Breath Birth Doula services generally include meeting at least once before labor to become
acquainted, to explore and discuss your priorities and any fears or concerns, to discuss your birth plan and to
plan how we might best work together. I also want to know your own best ways of coping with pain and
fatigue and how you and your partner foresee working together. During labor I will be present and active in
your laboring experience. After your baby's arrival, I will remain with you until breastfeeding is going smoothly
and everyone is comfortable and ready for family quiet time to bond, usually about 2 hours after the birth.
Birth Doula services also include photos taken during your labor and birth and of the baby and mom/family
bonding, basic breastfeeding assistance, and a written account of your birth from the Doula's perspective.
Additional services are available and a package can be created specifically to meet your needs. Contact

and help you to gain confidence in your new role as a mother. Whether it's laundry, cooking, or time for you
